CDLP taps choreographer Alexander Ekman for its latest campaign, spotlighting the Ribbed Essentials line through a study of movement and modern menswear.
Captured by CDLP co founder and creative director Christian Larson, the campaign unfolds inside a hotel room at first light. The setting is deliberately minimal. Ekman moves through a series of quiet morning rituals that gradually shift into something more expressive, transforming an ordinary space into a stage for movement.
The result feels less like a traditional fashion shoot and more like a study of the body in motion. That concept sits neatly alongside CDLP’s design philosophy, where everyday wardrobe staples are elevated through precise construction and premium materials.
At the centre of the campaign is the brand’s Ribbed Essentials range, a trio of understated pieces designed with movement and comfort in mind. The slim fit Rib T Shirt and Rib Tank Top are produced from a blend of Tencel lyocell and pima cotton, combining breathability with a soft, tactile finish. Completing the lineup is the Y Brief, cut with a low waist and finished with the brand’s signature waistband.
It is a stripped back collection that leans into CDLP’s reputation for quietly refined essentials, where fabric quality and fit take priority over unnecessary detail.
