A new energy is landing on Ibiza in 2025—and it’s not coming from the clubs. CLAP HOUSE, a 16,000-square-metre space tucked into Talamanca’s quieter hillside, marks the European debut of AlphaMind and the latest chapter in the island’s wellness-led evolution.
The project, a collab between ex-athlete developers Eric and Aleix Sanllehy, AlphaMind, and Dubai-born SEVEN Wellness Club, doesn’t follow the Ibiza formula. Instead, it merges high-performance design with a slower, more intentional rhythm—pulling from sport, luxury, and biohacking culture to shape a new kind of destination.

Inside, there’s a 50-metre pool framed by cabanas, a movement studio offering reformer Pilates and yoga, and a spa built for restoration over excess. The fitness spaces are loaded with Technogym gear, and the nutrition program—curated by biohacking chef Silvena Rowe—ditches cocktails for adaptogens and clean plates.
CLAP Restaurant, perched above the island, blends Japanese technique with Mediterranean sourcing. It’s one of the few places in Ibiza where Omakase meets ocean view—no DJ required.
As the White Isle pivots towards wellness and intentional living, CLAP HOUSE taps into something deeper: a blueprint for what luxury looks like in a post-party era.
