If you’re a fan of Disney or any of their subsidiaries then this news might just brighten up your January as it’s just been revealed that they have brought forward the launch date for Disney+ in the UK by a week.
The Disney+ streaming service will finally be available in Western Europe (UK, Ireland, Germany, Italy, Spain, Austria and Switzerland) from March 24th, 2020.
Pricing for the service has also been revealed for the first time as Disney have confirmed that they will be offering Disney+ for £5.99/€6.99 per month or £59.99/€69.99 for an annual subscription.
Disney+ offers archive content from the company’s iconic entertainment brands including Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, and National Geographic, as well as a whole host of exclusive original programming like the brand new Star Wars spin-off The Mandalorian.
Fans of The Simpsons will also be thrilled to hear that the entire back catalogue of the hit show will be available on the platform, right back to season 1.
