The doors to the first Virgin Hotel in Europe are now open in the Scottish capital Edinburgh. Located in the India Buildings on Victoria Street, the 222-room hotel will be a new landmark in the city.
The Virgin Hotel Edinburgh will also be home to the chain’s signature restaurant and bar concept, Commons Club as well as a Funny Library coffee shop and casual dining space called Eve.
Coming soon will be an events space and a rooftop offering a new and unique, unobstructed view of Edinburgh Castle.
The Chambers (bedrooms to you and me) have been designed with a neutral colour palette with just a splash of red (of course) to brighten things up.
Virgin Hotels will follow the Edinburgh opening with another Scottish property at the end of this year when the Virgin Hotel Glasgow will open its doors.
