Primavera Sound has lifted the curtain on its 2026 edition with one of its boldest lineups to date. Set against the backdrop of Barcelona from 4–6 June, the festival’s 24th edition blends legends, cult heroes and fresh talent into a bill that feels both nostalgic and forward-looking.

Leading the charge are The Cure, returning with their iconic catalogue and acclaimed recent work, alongside Doja Cat, The xx, Gorillaz, Massive Attack, Addison Rae and My Bloody Valentine. It’s a collection of names that underline Primavera’s unique role as a tastemaker in global festival culture.

Elsewhere, Mac DeMarco, Father John Misty, Bad Gyal, Big Thief, Little Simz, Alex G, Slowdive and Wet Leg add depth to the lineup, with newcomers like Lola Young stepping into the spotlight. Heavy-hitters from the electronic world include Skrillex, Peggy Gou, PinkPantheress, Carl Cox, Overmono and Underground Resistance, while cult acts such as Einstürzende Neubauten, Blood Orange, Kneecap and Lambrini Girls push the bill in unexpected directions.

Primavera Sound has always thrived on contrast and 2026 is no different — expect everything from fado and flamenco to hardcore, ambient, rap and avant-garde experiments. And beyond the Parc del Fòrum main site, the festival will spill across the city with Primavera Bits, Primavera Pro, and special performances at the Auditori.

Tickets start at €295 via the Fan Sale, running until 28 September, before general release opens on 30 September. Revolut and Vueling are both on board with discounts for ticket holders.

Primavera Sound Barcelona 2026 underlines why the festival continues to sit at the cutting edge of the global scene, pulling heritage acts, viral stars and underground innovators into one uncompromising celebration of music culture.
