If you’re still not ready to venture back out to the pub just yet then far not as Haig Club and Mac & Wild have teamed up to offer a new way to enjoy a selection of delicious whisky cocktails, right from the comfort of your own front room or garden.
The limited-edition Haig Club x Mac & Wild Cocktail Minibar is available for home delivery now and features 4 diverse ways to enjoy Haig Clubman, the single grain scotch whisky (a firm favourite of mine) from the comfort of your own home.
All you need is a glass, some ice (the kit includes instruction on how to make those super cool chunky ice blocks) and if you’re feeling fancy some fruit to garnish.
Each of the 4 Haig Club cocktails is suited to a different personality or occasion and has given me a whole chunk of inspiration to change up my current drink of choice, a simple Haig Clubman and cola.
The Mac & Wild Cocktail Minibar kit includes a ready-mixed version of each of these:
Bonnie Spritz ‘The Zesty One’ Haig Club Clubman, Rowan Berries, Rhubarb, Rosato Vermouth, Peychauds, Agave, Lime
Highland Fruit Cup ‘The Fresh One’ – Haig Club Clubman, Rosso Vermouth, Cucumber, Verbena, Strawberries
Spiced Up OId Fashioned ‘The Fiery One’ – Haig Club Clubman, Chipotle Chilli, Tea, Mint
Brew It Like a Scotsman ‘The Velvety One’ – Haig Club Clubman, Cacao, Coffee Liqueur, Cold Brew, Chocolate Bitters
The Cocktail Minibar is priced at £25 and is delivered in a premium kit, complete with a specially curated guide on how people can create their own Instagram-worthy cocktail, alongside a suggested mixer and garnish inspiration.
