Go for a walk
I know it sounds like something you get dragged into with your family on Boxing Day but going for a proper walk can be amazing. It’s a great way to see some of the Great British outdoors, get some exercise and hopefully soak up some sunshine. There are endless places to explore such as Scotland, the Lake District and the Brecon Beacons to name but a few. You can take in incredible landscapes and wildlife, all up close and personal. Be Prepared!
There’s so much to do outside in the summer, but with the British weather always on the turn, you need to be prepared to deal with rain as well as shine. You don’t want to bring along an umbrella that you just end up carrying around all day, so instead, it’s important to invest in the right gear.
