Let’s face it everyone went daft for retro brands this summer…ourselves included…seeing some of the labels sprouting back into the limelight has been a real trip down memory lane, a good one though. It was all about biggg sneakers, logo tees and high socks. Will this craze for everything 80s progress into Autumn? With the release of the new collection from Champion sportswear it certainly looks that way.
They don’t come much more old school than Champion. First established in New York back in 1919, Champion has grown a huge worldwide following including the likes of Jay Z and 50 Cent. After a quiet spell the brand have now relaunched here in the UK. And we are sure as hell glad that they are back. More good news is that the new Champion collection continues to feature the classics such as the logo sweatshirt shown above.
