2020 has definitely been the year of the at-home cocktail. Spending more of my weekends at home has meant that I’ve had more time to experiment with my drinks than ever before.
It takes quite something to beat my all-time favourite – a slightly sweet whisky sour – that has not stopped me trying!
The Glenlivet Caribbean Reserve has just been released and as lovely as it surely it is on its own, I was excited to try it in a few cocktails.
The Caribbean Reserve has been finished off in Rum Barrels and as you would image, this brings a very sweet flavour profile, something that certainly tickles my sweet tooth.
If your thing is smooth, sweet Scotch Whisky, then this release should be on your radar for sure.
The Glenlivet Caribbean Reserve 70cl is available now, RRP £38.59.
