Virgin Limited Edition Unites Two of Kenya’s Most Iconic Safari Camps

Virgin Limited Edition is levelling up the East African safari experience, connecting its two standout Kenyan properties — Mahali Mzuri in the Maasai Mara and Finch Hattons in Tsavo West — with new direct flights launching in June 2025.

Available exclusively during high season, the new route means you can witness the Great Migration at sunrise and be watching red elephants beneath Mount Kilimanjaro by sunset. It’s an elevated way to experience Kenya’s wildlife, landscapes and culture — without the usual logistical faff.

Mahali Mzuri, re-opening this summer after a full refurbishment, pairs contemporary African design with sweeping views and up-close Big Five encounters. Finch Hattons, which officially joined the Virgin Limited Edition portfolio this year, brings over three decades of safari heritage — think wild luxury set across 35 hectares with Kilimanjaro views and the largest bush spa in East Africa.

Beyond the game drives, expect curated cultural moments — Maasai warrior training, visits to local communities and hot air balloon safaris. At Finch Hattons, there’s also hiking in the Chyulu Hills, yoga decks overlooking the bush and treetop spa sessions.

Rates aren’t light—
