Apple TV+
Finally, Apple have joined the TV streaming market with the launch of Apple TV+.
Unlike their previous Apple TV offering which required the purchase of a piece of hardware, Apple TV+ is very much a streaming service and can be accessed not only on ios but also on streaming devices like the Amazon Firestick.
Unlike Netflix and a few of the other big boys, Apple have opted to offer an initially small selection of their own content only but you can expect this to be bulked up quite considerably in the coming months.
Apple TV+ costs £4.99 per month but if you have recently upgraded to the new iPhone the good news is that you will get a year’s subscription free.
