WOW Protein: The Quick + Easy Way to Get Your Protein Fix

These days we all live pretty hectic lives.  No matter where you’re based, what you do for a job or what age you are I think it is safe to say that most of us could be doing with a few extra hours on the day.

One of the things that I struggle with most is keeping on top of my diet and fitness regime during the busier times of the year. This month for example has been a disaster!  Recently I discovered a new product called WOW Protein that I have found makes it much easier to keep your protein topped up even if like me you are always on the go.

Not only as WOW Protein great a great way of fuelling your body it’s also sugar-free, gluten-free and fat-free water concept. No matter what your diet or training needs this makes it an easy and convenient way to add protein to your diet without any sugar or carbs.

I love the fact that this product is water so it’s not thick and heavy like the traditional protein shakes. It’s also pre-mixed so it saves me on the preparation time, there’s no need to worry about measuring out scoops of powder etc. The thing that I love the most about WOW Protein is that I have no smelly protein shakers to wash out afterwards, those things can get really gross!

It’s easy to always keep a spare one in your backpack so that you can drink it whenever you need it.

So what is actually is WOW Protein?

Well each bottle contains 20g of protein (which will give your body all the fuel is needs post work-out) and 4.1mg of BCAA’s which help to reduce muscle soreness, support muscle growth and all importantly sustain muscle mass.

The WOW Protein bottle itself features some rather cool technology too in the form of the ‘blast cap’, which stores the whey protein, vitamins and flavour. This does away with the need for any nasty preservatives as these are added to the water right at the point in which you consume it.

It’s comes in 2 great fruity flavours too – Summer Fruits (my favourite) and Tropical and is a reasonably priced £2.49 from Tesco.
