I can’t be the only one who has continuously searched for the perfect all black trainer? There has to be a running shoe that’s the perfect combination of technical performance, sophistication and durability. There’s only so many times I can run in a pair of white soled trainers in British weather. Thankfully, my search seems to be over thanks to the package that landed on my doorstep this week. When you see two iconic brands on one box, you know there’s something wow inside, and I wasn’t disappointed. All black perfection has finally arrived in the form of the Porsche Design Sport by adidas limited edition iteration of the iconic PDS UltraBOOST, now available for the first time in an all black model. I’m already a big fan of this range and rotate the two pairs I have on regular runs and gym sessions.
The UltraBOOST range has been a sell-out success for this iconic pairing and this new limited run, at a luxury level price of £224.99, is set to do the same. They’ll disappear faster than the hugely successful and coveted all-white silhouette, released last April.
