Apple just announced that they are launching AirTags

Apple events seem to come around more often than ever these days. This morning was the latest one from the Cupertino based tech giants where they announced the release of various updated and new products.

The iPhone 12 will be available in purple for the first time, Apple TV is relaunching in 4K, there are new computers and most excitingly (for me), they are launching the apple AirTag.

Apple AirTags are a small round accessory that can be attached to a keyring or whatever else you don’t want to lose (think luggage, your kids favourite soft toy, your wallet etc). The Airtag connects to Apple’s FindMy app to ensure that you can always easily locate them.

For an even more elevated experience, Apple has teamed up with Hermes to launch a range of high-end leather keyrings to house the AirTag.

Apple AirTaghs launch in the US pm April 23rd priced at $29 for one or $99 for a pack of 4. I’m guessing that the UK prices will be the same but in pounds.
