With the cold weather comes the need to find yourself a strong new jacket to see your through the Autumn. So far this Autumn has been remarkably dry, crisp and bright (just the way I like it) which is the perfect excuse to perfect your new warmer, layered look for the season ahead.
Core to any Autumn or Winter outfit is a strong jacket and this year I have already snapped up a couple of crackers (the good ones never last in the shops so if you have your eye on one and can afford it but it now before it goes).
I can already tell that this faux shearling biker jacket from Asos is going to be a favourite of mine in the coming months. It’s incredibly flexible and extremely cosy to wear. If thrown over a smart or casual look it compliments them both.
For my autumn afternoon look I’ve teamed the shearling with a green jumper from the new David Beckham Modern Essentials range at H&M, my signature black skinny jeans (of course) and a pair of basic white trainers from Zara.
