CDLP has added a Grey Melange colourway to its Essentials Collection, bringing one of menswear’s most recognisable shades to its signature range of TENCEL Lyocell underwear and everyday basics.
A long-standing favourite in sportswear and casual wardrobes, Grey Melange has been notoriously difficult to recreate in premium TENCEL Lyocell due to its distinctive marled texture. After years of development, CDLP has now introduced the shade across its core collection, including underwear, T-shirts, tank tops and socks.
The launch campaign features British dancer and performer Sam Salter, known for roles in Wonka and Wicked. Shot in a South London laundromat by CDLP co-founder Christian Larson, the imagery focuses on movement, simplicity and the everyday rituals that inspired the collection.
For CDLP, the appeal of Grey Melange lies in its versatility. Familiar yet refined, the new colourway brings a timeless menswear staple into the brand’s minimalist world of elevated essentials.
The Grey Melange Essentials Collection is available now via CDLP.
