Cromlix, the five-star country house hotel owned by Kim and Andy Murray, has launched its own gin, crafted by Wildfire Spirit. Made using spring water from the Cromlix Estate and botanicals from the hotel’s kitchen garden, including raspberry leaf and milk thistle, the gin captures the essence of its scenic surroundings.
The gin’s water source has historical significance, dating back to the 1800s when mineral springs at Cromlix attracted visitors for their reputed health benefits. This same water now infuses Cromlix Gin with a unique flavour, complemented by floral aromas, fennel hints, and subtle liquorice tones.
Cromlix Gin will be served in the hotel’s recently refurbished bar and will also be available in 20CL bottles for guests to purchase. The hotel, set in 34 acres of private grounds in Stirlingshire, offers a luxurious countryside retreat, conveniently located less than an hour from Glasgow and Edinburgh.
With its new signature gin, Cromlix continues to enhance its guest experience, blending history, nature, and fine craftsmanship in every sip.
