Notting Hill favourite Eggbreak is returning to Edinburgh this August, bringing its signature brunch menu back to Gleneagles Townhouse for a month‑long pop‑up in The Spence.
Running from 3–31 August, the collaboration sees some of Eggbreak’s best‑known dishes arriving in the city, including its Turkish eggs, indulgent French toast and stacked breakfast sandwiches.
Among the highlights are the Nutella French Toast with mascarpone and cornflakes, the B.E.C Stack with scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon crumble and sriracha mayo, and the Spicy Chicken Sandwich with pickled ginger and cream cheese served in a potato brioche bun. If you’re after something lighter, there’s also House Quinoa Granola with date yoghurt, orange and blueberries.
Drinks include iced matcha and Eggbreak’s Strawberry Sunshine iced tea, while a small range of branded merchandise including caps, T‑shirts and tote bags, will also be available throughout the pop‑up.
Breakfast is served in The Spence from 7:00–10:45 Monday to Friday and 8:00–10:45 at weekends, look out for the Eggbreak dishes which will be clearly marked on the menu.
The Eggbreak pop‑up runs from 3–31 August 2026 at The Spence, Gleneagles Townhouse, 39 St Andrew Square, Edinburgh. Tables can be booked via the Gleneagles Townhouse website.
