Glastonbury 2021 is happening but it’s a ticketed Livestream event

Glastonbury 2021 may have been cancelled but there is some good news for festival fans this morning as the organisers have just announced a new virtual event.

A second year with no bands gracing the iconic Worthy Farm home of Glastonbury was a little too much for the organisers to take so they have pulled out all of the stops to put on a mini Virtual event for on Saturday, 22nd May 2021.

The five-hour spectacular will feature performances from a host of amazing artists who are giving their time to support the Festival include Coldplay, Damon Albarn, HAIM, IDLES, Jorja Smith, Kano, Michael Kiwanuka, Wolf Alice, plus DJ Honey Dijon. Plus in true Glasto style, there will also be a number of unannounced surprise performances.

Expect to see the stars of the Glastonbury Virtual Festival grace the sites most famous landmarks including the Pyramid Field and the Stone Circle.

It may not be quite the same as being there in person but at this point, we will take anything that we can get. the good news this time around is that there will be enough tickets for everyone! You can grab yours from worthyfarm.live priced at £20.
