Terminal V Reveals Its New Glasgow Home for 2027

Terminal V has revealed the Glasgow site that will host its 10th anniversary festival, with the event moving to the banks of the River Clyde for its biggest festival yet.

Clydeside Live, in Glasgow’s historic docklands, will host Terminal V from 4 to 6 June 2027. It will be the first three-day edition of the festival and the first time the Scottish event has taken place as a fully outdoor event.

The move from Edinburgh to Glasgow was announced earlier this year, but the location itself had remained under wraps. Now revealed, Clydeside Live is being developed as Glasgow’s largest dedicated open-air event space, with Terminal V the first festival confirmed for the site.

The setting also marks a return to the industrial surroundings that have long been part of Terminal V’s visual identity. The festival will be built around the waterfront, with a new Area V stage planned at the water’s edge, while The Hangar and The Greenhouse will both be adapted for the new setting.

It’s a significant change from where Terminal V started in 2017, when its first edition welcomed 2,000 people to Edinburgh’s Royal Highland Centre. A decade later, the festival has welcomed more than 250,000 people and developed an international following, with more than 30% of ticket sales now coming from outside Scotland.

The 2027 line-up is still to be announced, with more than 100 artists set to be revealed, including international headliners and familiar names from Terminal V’s history.

Early Bird tickets go on sale at 10am on Friday 2 October, with registration for early access now open.
