Ibiza 2026: The Nights Setting the Tone at Hï Ibiza, [UNVRS] and Ushuaïa

Ibiza never really switches off, it just changes tempo. As the 2026 season begins to take shape, the first wave of residency announcements signals where the island is heading next. Less spectacle for spectacle’s sake, more emphasis on world building, identity and mood.

At Hï Ibiza, Mondays are handed to Francis Mercier for his debut residency, Solèy. Running from 1 June through to early October, the night is rooted in global rhythm rather than obvious peak time moments. Mercier’s sound pulls from Afro house, Caribbean percussion and Middle Eastern tones, built for long transitions and slow immersion. Live musicians and movement are folded into the experience, blurring the line between DJ set and performance. It feels measured and intentional, aligning with Hï’s continued shift towards cultural depth over instant payoff.

Across the island, [UNVRS] continues to define itself as Ibiza’s most future facing venue. Jamie Jones returns on Wednesdays with the next chapter of Paradise, Starship Eden, running from 10 June to 7 October. The concept frames the club as a living environment where sound and space respond to each other in real time. Paradise has always prioritised curation and community, and this iteration leans fully into immersive design rather than headline driven programming.

Mondays at [UNVRS] belong to John Summit, who lands his first full Ibiza residency with Experts Only. Nine consecutive dates from early June to late July mark a key moment in his relationship with the island. Summit’s rise has been fast but grounded, and this residency feels like progression rather than a victory lap.

Ushuaïa continues to dominate the daylight hours. Martin Garrix returns for his eleventh consecutive season, taking over Thursdays from 2 July to 24 September. Thirteen open air shows, sunset backdrops and large scale production keep the formula familiar, but the longevity of the residency says more than any rebrand could.

Together, these announcements point to an Ibiza refining its identity in real time. Fewer gimmicks, clearer narratives, and nights designed to resonate well beyond a single summer.
