Ibiza’s Mondrian and Hyde Launch Elite Culinary Series

Ibiza’s culinary scene is about to reach new heights with the introduction of the “Best Of The Best Culinary Series” at the island’s newest hotels, Mondrian and Hyde. These luxurious establishments, situated in Cala Llonga, will host the world’s most renowned chefs from the prestigious “50 Best” ranking, offering a unique blend of Latin American and Asian cuisine at their newly opened destination restaurants, Niko and Cuyo.

A Culinary Transformation for Cala Llonga

This groundbreaking series marks a transformative moment for Cala Llonga’s culinary and cultural landscape, spearheaded by the Ennismore group, which launched Mondrian and Hyde earlier this year. The series will feature exclusive set menus curated by top chefs, bringing a fresh and exciting gastronomic experience to the island.

Niko and Cuyo: Ibiza’s New Culinary Hotspots

The series will kick off at Niko, Cala Llonga’s debut Japanese kitchen, on Friday, June 21st. The event will feature internationally acclaimed chef Pam Pichaya Soontornyanakij, who has been awarded Asia’s Best Female Chef 2024. Chef Pam, known for her innovative 20-course Thai-Chinese tasting menu at her restaurant Potong, will bring her Michelin-starred expertise to Ibiza for the first time. Potong currently holds the 17th spot on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2024 ranking and the 57th spot on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2024 list.

Commenting on the collaboration, Chef Pam expressed her excitement: “I’m so thrilled to bring Thai flavours to Cala Llonga’s first Japanese restaurant! It is an exciting culinary journey to blend my Thai-Chinese roots with Ibiza’s vibrant culinary landscape, creating an unparalleled dining experience.”

An Unforgettable Culinary Series

From June to September, the “Best Of The Best Culinary Series” will feature two top chefs each month, who will present their culinary masterpieces at Niko and Cuyo. These events will offer guests and locals alike the opportunity to indulge in extraordinary, synergistic meals crafted by some of the world’s most talented chefs.

Exclusive Dining Experiences

With very limited spaces available, this series promises to be a highlight of Ibiza’s summer season. Bookings for these exclusive dining events go live on Friday, June 14th. Don’t miss your chance to be part of this unique culinary adventure.
