When it comes to iconic Scottish brands, they don’t come much bigger than Johnnie Walker and Harris Tweed, so it’s not before time that both came together.
The brand new Johnnie Walker blended whisky has been gently matured in the cellar at the Edinburgh home of Johnnie Walker, on Princes Street. The new whisky is the first in the Johnnie Walker Princes Street Collective series, which brings together some of Scotland’s top creative forces.
The cellar in Edinburgh is warmer than those normally used by Johnnie Walker. This has led to a rich and creamy profile.
Harris Tweed has created a bespoke tartan design for this collaboration and this adorns the carry bag that the whisky is presented in.
Johnnie Walker Limited Edition Princes Street Blend + Harris Tweed carry bag is available exclusively from JW Princes Street, Edinburgh for £169.
