After much speculation, this morning Nike announced that from the 2020/21 season they will become the official kit provider for Liverpool Football Club.
From June 1st 2020, Nike will take on the responsibility of outfitting the Liverpool FC men’s, women’s and academy squads, as well as coaching staff and Liverpool Football Club Foundation.
The new kit deal comes at an exciting time for Liverpool as they prepare to move into a new state of the art training facility for the 2020/21 season, in Kirkby, a project that includes investment in improved sport facilities for the local community.
There’s still no official look at the new team wear but like anything Nike touch, we expect it to be gold.
