The clean shaven look the old school way with Men Rock

When it comes to shaving you may think that your only choices are Gillette, supermarket own brands and a couple of others.  I did too and until recently when I decided to ditch my beard was pretty loyal to my Mach3.

Clean shaven is back in for summer 2013 so it is time to reach for the razors lads.  I recently discovered the brand Men Rock on twitter.  They don’t push images of good-looking celebrities or sportsmen using their products or try the hard sell.  What they do however do is produce good-looking shaving products that get the job done.  They take inspiration from some of London’s finest traditional barbers and have transferred these into a great collection of grooming products.

I took a look at the Double Edged Razor gift pack which comes with a traditional heavy metal double-edged razor, shaving brush and shaving cream (pictured below).

For the more adventurous of you they also have a straight razor and cut throat straight razor as part of the range.  I however do not have the balls for that and will leave it to the men who know what they are doing.  Are you brave/skilled enough?  For the beardy amongst you there is no need to feel left out as they also have a Men Rock beard oil that is made with rosemary, Virginia cedarwood, and grapefruit seed, it is in turn fresh, spicy and woody.
