Ministry of Sound Unveils 35th Anniversary Finale With Andy C, Kerri Chandler and Loco Dice

Ministry of Sound is heading into the final months of its 35th anniversary year with a run of events bringing some of electronic music’s biggest names to its London club.

The celebrations begin on 2 October with Louder, which sees drum & bass legend Andy C return to Ministry of Sound for the first time in a decade, with the DJ set to play an extended three-hour set.

Saturday 3 October brings a double-header. During the day, Hard Times will see house pioneers Kerri Chandler and Moodymann return to the club, before Loco Dice takes over for Ministry’s URGE night that evening.

The anniversary celebrations continue through October and November, with Eli & Fur, Seven Lions, Lilly Palmer, Robbie Doherty and Armand Van Helden among the names set to appear at the club.

The programme will culminate with Ministry of Sound’s annual New Year’s Eve celebration on 31 December, with the headline guest still to be announced.

The run of events forms the final chapter of a year-long celebration of Ministry of Sound’s 35 years, which has also included the release of Ministry of Sound: Anthology, the Boxed In emerging DJ competition and the club’s return to Ibiza after more than a decade.

For a club that has played such a significant role in London’s electronic music history, it’s a fitting way to close out its 35th year.
