I had never heard of Nimmo until were introduced to me the other day by Radio 1 and I’m glad I did as I’m already pretty hooked on their new single ‘My Only Friend’. Their sound is a little bit darker than CHVRCHES but on a very similar vibe so as you can imagine it’s right up my street.
Nimmo are made up of childhood friends Sarah Nimmo and Reva Gauntlett and their three other friends from uni who have recently signed to Sony records after 5 years releasing tracks on their own. I predict big things for the group this year!
