Thomas Pink recently set off on a little road trip around the UK taking its exclusive “Personally Pink” Made-To-Order service along with them for the ride. Last Friday I popped down to the House of Fraser in Glasgow, where the rather quirky Thomas Pink Jonathan Cory-Jones talked me through the service.
A Made to Order shirt involves choosing from three differing body shapes of Classic Fit, Slim Fit and Super Slim Fit. Then it’s on to fabric. Choose from a hundred different fabrics and then select from eleven collar designs and eight cuff designs; “Personally Pink” offers customers the luxury of choice in helping them create their perfect shirt. Final touches include a complimentary monogramming service, and engraved PINK brass collar bones.
Don’t worry if you missed out in the Personally Pink tour this time around as it will be hitting the road again in the Spring. In the mean time the service is available all year round at Thomas Pink, Jermyn Street, London.
