Timberland are best known for the iconic yellow boots but their latest drop celebrates a much darker colour palette, this time around the focus is black. The new Timberland ‘Black Forest’ collection for AW15 features tones of blacks and grey. They make it easy to build a solid monochromatic look this season which goes with almost anything.
I’ve picked a few of my favourite key lines from the new Timberland ‘Black Forest’ collection which I built around my must have item, the slim fit Mount Webster leather bomber jacket. Aside from your winter wool coat you need to be rocking a leather bomber over the coming months and I’ve yet to see any nicer than this one which is made from the softest sheep leather. It’s one of those coats that you just know will get much better looking which age (unfortunately as my friends like to remind me regularly, the same can’t be said for me).
With footwear as the foundation of the Timberland brand they have also released a strong new selection within the ‘Black Forest’ capsule range which includes their Britton Hill Boot which comes in black leather with Harris Tweed detailing on the side panels. A rugged yet stylish choice of footwear that is not only functional but on trend.
If you happen to be in London tomorrow (Friday 9th) then head down to the Timberland store on Regent Street between 4-8pm where you can customise your Timberland boots from the collection. They also have a DJ playing in the store to kick off the weekend.
The ‘Black Forest’ collection is available now at Timberland stores nationwide and Timberland online.
