Shinola Detroit opens in London

Detroit based retailer Shinola has followed the launch of their European transactional website by opening the doors to their first store in London.

The American company selected Newburgh Street in London’s soho district as the location for their debut store.  The beautifully designed shop provides the perfect showcase for Shinola’s full range of products that includes accessories, watches, bikes and leather goods.  All of them brands products are carefully built by hand in Detroit.

Since the release of their first watch in March 2013 timepieces now make up the majority of Shinola’s output.  Recently an edition of 2,500 watches were produced in the Runwell limited edition model – these completely sold out within 2 weeks.  Priced at $550, the watches were available in 2 sizes.

Any dog lovers out there are well catered for at Shinola too as they boast some of the finest looking pet accessories I have every laid my eyes on.
