Supreme x The North Face, ‘The Metallic Collection’

I’m not normally someone who pays particular attention to the endless raft of Supreme collaborations but for some reason the SS18 drop with The North Face has caught my eye. Maybe it’s because I’m a bit of a magpie and this new pack is suitably called the Metallic Collection. Who knows but I like it a lot.

The key piece and guaranteed must have item from the metallic collection is a reworking of the now iconic The North Face Mountain Parka. It’s available in metallic silver, gold and rose colours and is fully waterproof. Even though it’s unlikely that any of those who snap this jacket will be heading on an expedition any further than the nearest hipster hangout.

Alongside the Mountain Parka are a range of backpacks, shoulder bags, caps, hoodies and T-shirts, all of which feature the signature metallic detailing.

The new Supreme x The North Face collection is available tomorrow (April 4th) at Supreme stores in New York, Brooklyn, Los Angeles, London, and Paris as well as online.
