Topman has unveiled a new limited-edition collaboration with Birmingham-born contemporary artist Mason Newman, marking another bold step in the brand’s ongoing link between fashion and culture.
Newman, who has made his name with rebellious, culturally-charged artwork and recent projects with Black Sabbath and Ozzy Osbourne, now brings his chaotic energy to menswear with Romance at the Rodeo. The collection, which launched yesterday on Topshop.com, delivers eight standout pieces that blend contemporary art with streetwear.
Expect heavyweight loopback sweats, textured jerseys, cropped boxy fits and cowboy-inspired motifs. High-build, pigment and foam prints sit alongside embroidery, showcasing Newman’s work in a wearable but visually striking way. The line ‘Romance at the Rodeo’ runs through select pieces, pulling the western influence into focus.
To mark the release, the full collection will sit alongside Newman’s original artwork at London’s ST.ART Gallery from today for a week-long showcase, an immersive space designed to merge art and fashion for a new audience.
The drop continues Topman’s legacy of championing creative talent, pairing trend-led design with the voice of an artist whose work feels disruptive, relevant and unapologetically bold.
