There is a certain point in the year when festival season starts to feel real. For Scotland, that moment tends to arrive with news from TRNSMT.
Set to return to Glasgow Green from 19 to 21 June, TRNSMT 2026 has confirmed its second wave of artists, adding eight emerging names to a line up already led by Richard Ashcroft, Kasabian and Lewis Capaldi.
Further up the bill, the weekend will also feature sets from Wolf Alice, Sonny Fodera, Amy Macdonald, CMAT, Perrie, The Snuts, Loyle Carner and The Fratellis, giving the 2026 edition a confident, cross genre balance.
The newly announced additions include Jacob Alon, Beluga Lagoon, Brògeal, Keo, The Rooks, Chasing Abbey, Billy Reekie and Finn Forster.
Friday welcomes Beluga Lagoon, whose expansive, landscape inspired sound has earned them growing attention on the live circuit. Saturday leans into rising Scottish and Irish talent, with Brògeal stepping up to open the Main Stage and Keo, The Rooks and Chasing Abbey adding depth to the day’s programming. Sunday sees BRITs Critics’ Choice winner Jacob Alon take to Glasgow Green, joined by Billy Reekie and Finn Forster.
TRNSMT has built its reputation on pairing established headline moments with credible breakthrough acts. On paper, 2026 continues that approach with confidence.
