Ushuaia Ibiza confirms Avicii and David Guetta as 2013 residents

Ibiza’s most fashionable hotel and music venue, which is set to reopen and expand in May 2013, has announced its summer 2013 resident line-up, promising an unforgettable debut season on the White Isle.

Ushuaia Ibiza Beach Hotel will reopen this summer as a brand new concept on the party island.  The newly expanded resort has announced an outstanding line-up for its main stage at The Ushuaia Club, confirming David Guetta’s and Avicii’s residencies for the 2013 summer season.

David Guetta will be returning with his F*** me I’m Famous by David and Cathy Guetta residency for the second consecutive year, kicking off his weekly sets on Monday 1st July for nine weeks. Renowned as one of the world’s top house music producers and DJs, Guetta’s FMIF sessions at Ushuaia Ibiza Beach Hotel last year rapidly became one of the hottest daytime parties on the Ibiza circuit.

Swedish superstar DJ Avicii will be taking up residency for the second time at Ushuaia Ibiza Beach Hotel every Sunday from 30th June until 1st September.

The Swedish dance artist reached a global status in 2010 with hit singles like Bromance and My Feelings For You, plus chart-topping remixes of Tiësto, Robyn, David Guetta and Bob Sinclar.
His first release of 2011, Street Dancer, went straight to number one on the worldwide Beatport charts, followed by huge success with Collide and Levels later that year, which were huge hits in the industry. In spring 2012, Avicii released Silhouettes which peaked on the UK dance charts, and most recently, he reached a UK number one with his collaboration with Nicky Romero, I Could Be The One.

After last year’s successful second summer season, including 100% occupancy in peak months and more than 80 unique daytime parties held next to Ibiza’s hottest poolside stage, Ushuaia Ibiza Beach Hotel looks forward to another phenomenal summer season.
