Classic White Summer Sneakers

Converse All Star

Bright trainers are great, especially at the moment as most of the classic styles are available in almost every hue and shade imaginable.  As a bit of a compulsive footwear collector, these provoke all sorts of excitement for me.  In summertime though there really is nothing like a Boxfresh pair of white sneakers.

We have teamed up with Bank Fashion to bring you a rundown of 5 essential classics…

Converse All Star

Whether you opt for the high or the lo variation of the Converse all star (or both) they will last you all summer long.  Easy to keep clean, hard wearing and they go with everything and I really do mean everything.  They look just as good with a pair of shorts and vest as they do with a summer suit.

Adidas Originals Superstars

I was delighted this season when I saw the Adidas Superstar shell toes back on the shelves.  This pair in a crips white leather with the subtle Adidas 3 stripes perfectly complement a sports luxe outfit or a more relaxed pair of cotton shorts.

Superga Classic Pump

Since purchasing my first pair a few months back I have fallen in love with the classic canvas Superga pumps. Much like the Converse, they go with most looks.  They are comfortable to wear too coming in quite a wide fitting as standard.  Perfect for a summer city break where you will be doing a lot of walking around.

Puma Ibiza

A new classic by Puma.  The Puma Ibiza trainers are the perfect option for hitting the white isle as honour it with the logo on the side.  A simple lace-up shoe with Puma’s EcoOrthoLite lining for advanced comfort and air circulation (just the ticket for the summer when your feet will get warm).

Vans Ferris

Last but not least in the slightest is the Vans Ferris rubber sole trainers.  The chunky soled style was the must have a couple of summers back but they are still hanging in there with the other big boys.  Vans look great with a pair of chino shorts so will be the perfect accompaniment for a relaxed evening look on holiday.
