Start running with a decent pair of trainers

Are you one of the millions of men who are planning to pledge a fitness drive next year?  There is nothing better to help motivate you to get moving than by treating yourself to a new pair of running shoes.  2013 saw of trainers as fashion shoe instead of just a functional one, this has brought with it a new wave of technical footwear designs and colour options.

Tony Pryce Sports has a fantastic range of both running shoes and clothing online and is a great starting point to find your perfect pair.

My personal favourite runners are Nike Free runs, they are ultra light weight and as the name suggests are designed to make your feet feel free when running.  Tony Pryce also stock classic styles from New Balance and Adidas.
