Meet the Rosé Bringing Style and Sustainability to the Table

Château Galoupet has revealed its latest cuvée, G de Galoupet, an organic rosé shaped by the 2024 Provence harvest and the estate’s ongoing focus on sustainability. The winery sits on the Mediterranean and has spent recent years transforming its land and production methods to protect the local ecosystem. G de Galoupet feels like the next step in that journey.

The wine leans into freshness and subtle fruit rather than the sweeter poolside style that often dominates summer. Expect crisp citrus, soft stone fruit and a touch of raspberry with a clean finish that hints at the coastline. It is pale, understated and made for long lunches, seafood and anything vaguely Mediterranean.

What stands out as much as the wine is the bottle. It is one of the lightest of its kind and made from recycled glass, a small but meaningful shift given the environmental footprint of traditional wine packaging. It looks sharp too, with a design that feels at home on a dinner table rather than a bar cart.

Maison Galoupet has been owned by Moët Hennessy since 2019 and has used that backing to rethink how Provence rosé can be made. G de Galoupet is its latest expression, offering a more considered take on the category for drinkers who want something clean, modern and rooted in place.
