Men everywhere: It is time to get down with prints. No longer are heavily printed florals and colours a thing for the girls or runway models. Summer 2013 has seen everyone from the high street to the couture fashion houses embrace prints as part of their collections.
Oranges, blues, greens and purples are seen in many of these designs with the only rule being to be as daring as you can. Often men will shy away from these bold stand out designs favouring instead more classic wearable styles but summer 2013 is the time to get brave.
Now we understand that not every size and shape of a man may suit something as daring as the all over floral designs from the likes of Zara (shown below). If you are more of a shrinking violet but still want to embrace this trends why not get on board with a pair of printed shorts, sunglasses or backpack? There are prints on the high street that everyone can wear. I have put together a little selection of the best printed t-shirts from Zara, Topman and Bank.
Topman are really pushing an acid disco feel through these options with tie-die, bright colours and neon washes. Who said the 80’s were famous for bad fashion…? It really doesn’t matter what type of prints you are wearing. Cowboys, bicycles, flowers or birds as anything goes.
What do you make of the printed designs? Will you be rocking any of these this summer?
