Ministry of Sound Returns to Ibiza for 35th Anniversary Show at 528 Ibiza

Ministry of Sound will return to Ibiza this September, marking its 35th anniversary with a one off event at 528 Ibiza on 3rd September. It will be the brand’s first appearance on the island in over a decade, and one that feels carefully considered rather than purely nostalgic.

Since launching in London in 1991, Ministry of Sound has played a central role in shaping global dance music culture. Its relationship with Ibiza has always been part of that story, so this return feels significant, especially at a time when the island is leaning back towards more intimate and experience led venues.

Set in the Benimussa Hills above San Antonio, 528 Ibiza offers a different pace to the island’s larger clubs. The open air garden and indoor space create a more immersive setting, one that leans into Ibiza’s Balearic roots while still delivering a full scale club experience.

The lineup reflects that balance. The garden session will see Louie Vega take the lead, joined by Dan Shake, Benji B and Paisley Jensen, blending house heritage with newer sounds. As the night moves indoors, URGE will host a deeper late night programme featuring Robbie Doherty, Reelow, DiOSA and Basso.

The event forms part of Ministry of Sound’s wider 35th anniversary celebrations, which have already included significant updates to its London venue. This Ibiza date, however, stands out as a key moment, reconnecting the brand with the White Isle in a way that feels relevant to where club culture is heading now.

With limited capacity and a strong lineup, this is likely to be one of the more in demand Ibiza events in September 2026.

Early access tickets are available via ministryofsoundibiza.com, with pre sale opening on 13th May and general sale on 14th May.
