If you notice that you’re no longer your happy-go-lucky self and that your mood has completely shifted into something negative then it’s time for you to head toward rest and relaxation. Sometimes being cranky is simply about changing your environment at least for a little bit.
When you do this you will have time to evaluate while you’re feeling the way you do and then take action to correct those feelings. Your mental health is important and you need to make sure you take care of it.
