Tony’s Chocolonely expands its line-up with Filled Bars, a new range that leans further into layered texture and richer flavour profiles.
The drop includes three variations. Gooey Caramel Sea Salt Crunch, Milk Chocolate Hazelnut Crunch and Milk Chocolate Ganache. Each bar builds on the brand’s signature uneven format, adding soft fillings and denser interiors designed to shift the eating experience from simple chocolate to something closer to a hybrid dessert.
The caramel variant revisits a familiar flavour direction with added depth, while the ganache version pushes a more uniform, fully indulgent profile. The hazelnut option sits somewhere in between, combining softer filling with a more structured bite.
As with the wider range, the release maintains Tony’s established sourcing model, with fully traceable cocoa from Ghana and Côte d’Ivoire and a continued focus on supply chain transparency.
The result is a more texture-driven extension of the core product, refining rather than reworking what the brand already does.
