Not quite sure it happened but we’re already more than a month into 2021 and your while new year resolutions might have already been chucked, it’s never too late to start thinking about living a healthier and happier life this year.
I’ll avoid all that cringey, guru-type chat and with everything that’s currently going on, I’m sure that you’ll agree that it’s probably not the time to be thinking about majorly giving your lifestyle an overhaul, but that doesn’t mean that you can’t make a few small changes for the better!
Mr Porter has just put together a Wellness Edit of products and tips to help you live better and we’ve teamed up with them to bring you a few of our favourites from their selections.
Here are some of the things that We Love from the Mr Porter Wellness Edit…
111SKIN Sub-Zero De-Puffing Energy Facial Masks
Whilst we spend so much time at home, it’s important that every once in a while we break out of the slumber and take some time out for ourselves.
I’m not suggesting that you turn your bedroom into a home spa but by taking even an hour a week as a time to pamper yourself, you could make a huge difference to how you look and feel.
Start by enjoying a relaxing bath with some dreamy oils or salts and then follow-up with these 111SKIN de-puffing facial masks.
Some may think, what’s the point in doing. a face mask when you don’t see anyone, but we should be doing it for ourselves!

The MR PORTER Guide To A Better Day Paperback Book
Most of us know the things that we need to do to shake up our lifestyle but sometimes struggle to actually make the changes happen.
I may sound obvious but personally find that by noting down the ideas that I have or the thing that I want to achieve in a notebook makes them harder to avoid.
The MR PORTER Guide To A Better Day paperback is a fun little read that includes lots of life hacks, grooming tips and ideas on how to improve your mood. There are some insights and interviews with the likes of Tom Ford and Virgil Abloh too.
Even if you never get round to reading it, I find the rainbow-coloured spine add a little cheer to my desk!

Larq Purifying Water Bottle
This next ones a biggie for me. The need to drink more water!
I’ve always been someone who had absolutely no issue hitting my daily water intake target. I’d have a large glass with breakfast, another before I left the house, a bottle at the gym, another glass over lunch etc but of late I’ve noticed that I’m drinking way less.
I put it down to not being out and about so much and of course not being so active. For example, when I finish a workout at the gym, I’d tend to guzzle down whatever I had left in my bottle before I threw it into my bag. Likewise, if I was on a train or plane or at lunch. I’d never leave a glass or bottle unfinished. Now that I’m sat at home most of the day though this never happens.
I’m also a bit of a water snob. I know it’s wrong but I don’t love tap water. That’s why I absolutely love the Larq Purifying Water bottle as it intelligently activates every 2 hours to keep my water pure and fresh. There’s none of that metallic type taste that you sometimes get from metal bottles and I love that it keeps itself clean.
It’s a pretty hefty investment for a water bottle but I reckon if you caveat that with cutting out buying plastic bottles on the daily then it won’t be long until you have covered the cost.
